1/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp oregano
4 tsp parsley
1 lemon
Salt
Pepper
Chop onions
Note: the lemon amount is determent by taste keep adding until the lemon flavor is overpowering the oil.
Preparation
Cook each side for about 5 to 7 min do not flip over until is nice and chard
or it will stick. Upon taking out of the grill drizzle the sauce over fish and
sprinkle chapped onions.
