Greek Meat Sauce

½ Cup Olive Oil
½ Large Onion finely chopped
5 Large Garlic Cloves
1 ½ Pounds Ground Beef, browned in a skillet add pepper only, drain liquid after.
2 Cinnamon Sticks
Pinch of clove powder
3 or 4 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
 Deluded in 1 cup of Warm Water
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Oregano
Salt to taste

Browned ground beef in a skillet add pepper only, drain liquid after.

Sauté onions in the olive oil until transparent add tomato paste, oregano, garlic, pinch clove powder, and bring to boil,
let boil for 5 minutes.
Add ground beef, cinnamon sticks, cover simmer until the water evaporated add salt to taste, the salt will make all the difference.
The sauce should have a nice brown color, with only the olive oil on top.
