Ingredient
Serving I quart
1 large onion minced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
3 tbsp chopped parsley
2 sticks of cinnamon
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
½ cup olive oil
1 head garlic minced
1 cup water
Directions
In a sauce heat up the ½ a cup oil add minced onions make translucent add parsley add minced garlic steer for ½ min add diced tomatoes add tomato sauce add water and cinnamon bring to boil lower the heat to almost nothing cover and cook until brownish in color then add the oregano in the end and remove the cinnamon, serve or store for later use.
