Pasta with turkey and béchamel casserole
8x8 glass oven safe pan

Ingredients
½ pack pasta any
4 Ts butter
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
½ cup heavy cream or half & half
Cubed turkey or shred it one cup
Béchamel sauce
Prep
Partly cook pasta, melt butter in a sauce pen, add cream and reduse, add salt, sinamon, turkey, pasta and toss briefly.
Add to the glass pan and top with béchamel, bake uncovered for 25 to 30 min at 350
Béchamel sauce
4 tbsp butter
6 full tbsp white flower
2 cups hot milk
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
I order to make a superb béchamel after you add the flower do not do not stop steering until you are done.
In a sauce pan add the butter and let melt do not burn add flower steer until incorporated add milk steer till thickens to a pancake batter add the eggs steer until incorporate add black pepper and you are done.
