Pate

Ingredients

1 pound un-sliced bacon diced
1 pound chicken livers trimmed
1 pound veal trimmed and diced
1 medium onion chopped
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
3 large cloves of garlic
4 boiled eggs
Juice of one lemon
Pinch of salt and pepperĀ 

Directions

In a skillet over med heat add bacon cook till wilted
Add onions until translucent
Add salt and pepper remove let cool
Place veal and chicken livers in a well oiled aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 375 d for and until cooked remove and let cool
Add all the ingredients and the juice of one lemon to a food processor blend well but do not puree small chunks are desirable it give it texture.
Place on a container of your choosing and place it on the refrigerator it will keep for 6 days.
