Artichoke with béchamel




1 onion ¼ thick slices do not separate.

1 cup sauté mushrooms

10 artichokes

Thinly sliced pork roast

Béchamel sauce





Trim the artichokes down to the lighter color part boil for 15 min add lemon to hot water so the artichokes don’t turn brown, when cooked set aside to cool, make your béchamel sauce see recipe here. Get a glass cooking pan and add layer onion rings with out taken apart, layer mushrooms, layer of artichokes, layer pork slices, layer artichokes and top it with béchamel sauce.
