1/2 cup Soft butter
1/4 c finely chopped parsley
1 ea Clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp Brandy
2 ea Shallots, finely chopped
32 ea Canned French snails
Salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 deg
Combine the butter, parsley, shallots, garlic, and brandy in a bowl and blend well.
Place snails in a dish with the seasoned butter.
Place on a baking pan under dish and bake for twelve minutes, Serve hot
