Garlic Shrimp over Spinach




Olive oil



Lemon juice

Sundry tomatos




In a hot wok pour ¼ cup olive oil let the oil come up in temperature and add shrimp immediately add salt, pepper, oregano, and sundry tomatoes  turn the shrimp over and add the lemon juice ret the juice reduce for one minute at this point add your garlic and remove shrimp from wok .

In a serving plate add in the middle your steamed spinach. Place shrimp around it and drizzle all the remaining juices on the shrimp.
